As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient dishroom environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and put away all dishes, utensils, and equipment">
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners">
• Restock supplies and cleaning chemicals">
• Maintain a clean and organized work area">
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen">
• Perform other duties as assigned by management">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent">
• Previous experience in a dishroom or kitchen environment">
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods">
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills">
• Strong communication and teamwork skills">
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities">
• Food handlers card and any required certifications">
