Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at US Foods, Inc. This role is responsible for verifying returned product for accurate reason codes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and processing documents associated with returns and adjustments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify returned product for accurate reason codes to ensure accounting reports reflect accurate data.
  • Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity.
  • Process all documents associated with returns and adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy and customer invoice accuracy.
  • Inspect all product returned for appropriate disposition and ensure proper coding is applied.
  • Execute end-of-day processes and reports, ensuring all discrepancies are researched and addressed.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with warehouse & delivery procedures required.
  • Strong math skills, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload.

Working Conditions:

Frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting of 20 lb weights. Must be able to operate a computer and perform filing.
