Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Maternal Child Health team in the Women's Unit. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assessing and planning individualized care plans for patients in the Postpartum/Couplet setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
  • Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient's clinical condition
  • Perform nursing duties as needed in the continuum of care for all areas of Maternal Child health
  • Assist physicians with procedures in Postpartum care and the Newborn Nursery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse in the State of Idaho or Compact RN
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
