Job Overview

Concrete Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality of our concrete construction projects across the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential quality issues
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to project teams on quality-related matters
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality materials and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality control and assurance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in concrete construction or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
