Overview

At Ahmc Healthcare Inc., we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

This position involves assessing patient health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in developing and implementing a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. You will provide technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations, ensuring that their physical, spiritual, and cultural needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and document care within required timeframes
  • Perform reassessments as needed or appropriate to the patient's specific requirements
  • Ensure comprehensive physical assessments include all major body systems
  • Incorporate cultural and ethnic factors into assessment and care
  • Differentiate between normal and abnormal findings

You will also be responsible for making referrals for positive high-risk screens, identifying educational needs upon admission and thereafter, and providing teaching based on identified needs. Additionally, you will develop and implement plans of care, establish priorities, and communicate effectively with physicians and allied health teams.

Requirements

We require a current California RN license, ACLS, BLS - AHA certification, and MAB within 90 days of hire. NIH Certification is also required within 90 days of hire. CCRN is preferred, along with a graduate degree from a RN School of Nursing and BSN. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish/Vietnamese/Chinese) highly desired. Computer skills are also necessary for this role.
