Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at our East Roselle KinderCare location. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development in our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
  • Partner with parents and other staff members to provide a comprehensive and supportive learning experience for our children.
  • Support the success of our center by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement efforts.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners to promote a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
