Job SummaryThe CNA will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide delegated age-appropriate care to patients. Responsibilities- Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and toileting
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN
- Participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients
To be considered for this role, you must have a State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification or be currently enrolled in a nursing program and able to provide documentation from an accredited school for professional nurses indicating successful completion of the basic nursing course which encompasses all of the criteria noted by the State of Wisconsin administrative code.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
