We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee multiple Cardiovascular Critical Care Units at a renowned hospital in the Atlanta, GA area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular intensive care services and a proven track record of leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Cardiovascular Critical Care Units, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent unit performance.
- Lead and manage a team of experienced nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement unit budgets, identify opportunities for performance improvement, and ensure safe and appropriate staffing.
- Collaborate with the Cardiovascular Services Nursing Director to achieve unit and organizational goals.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Georgia State RN License (or Compact RN License)
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in CVICU, cardiovascular intensive care services
- Recent experience as an Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Coordinator
