Culinary Apprentice

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Culinary Apprentices in Dining Services.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in the culinary industry. As a Culinary Apprentice, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation, service, and presentation while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents of our health care campus
• Participate in daily cleaning duties, including work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, and sweeping/mopping floors
• Help set up the dining room, meal trays, food carts, and assist with meal preparation

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working in a restaurant setting is a plus
• Ability to serve food and beverage in a fine dining setting

• Free Apprenticeship program allowing Culinary Apprentices to advance their career with training and earn more money along the way
• Quarterly wage increases; receive an increase in pay every 90 days

Estimated Salary: $16-$20 per hour based on location and experience.
