## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intensivist Physician Assistant to join our team at SCP Health. As an Intensivist Physician Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in our 672-bed hospital.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide medical care to critically ill patients in our 40-bed Surgical and Neurological ICU
* Collaborate with intensivists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
* Conduct daily rounds and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
* Work closely with the ICU Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures
* Participate in resident teaching and education programs to support the development of future healthcare professionals

## Work Environment

* 672-bed hospital with 40 Surgical and Neurological ICU beds
* Competitive rate plus benefits for full-time employees
* Established ICU Medical Director in place
* Resident teaching service for both ICUs

## Requirements

* AGACNP certification required for NPs
* 2+ years of ICU experience as an ACNP/PA required for this position
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
