About the Job:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee the Phlebotomy teams in Austin and Waco, Texas. This position involves managing day-to-day operations, providing coaching and mentoring to supervisory staff and phlebotomists, and working closely with large accounts to support operational services through phlebotomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Phlebotomy teams
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisory staff and phlebotomists
  • Work closely with large accounts to support operational services through phlebotomy
  • Monitor monthly productivity and report any deviations
  • Resolve client-related matters and customer complaints

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities, and techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
