We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy. As a Travel PTA, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve their function and mobility.
- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PTA in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
