Job Summary

Rochester Collision Center is seeking a skilled Body Repair Specialist to join our team. This individual contributor role offers a competitive base plus commission rate and access to company benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair body damage on vehicles through paintless dent repair (PDR).
  • Take pictures of damage and update customer files accordingly.
  • Ensure repairs follow all safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Document repairs accurately.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in PDR work required.
  • Ability to identify types of damage and determine the best repair methods.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and ability to comply with them.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
