Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Keyholder to join our team at UNTUCKit in Charlotte, NC.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and create a positive work environment that inspires engagement among associates
  • Embody the UNTUCKit CORE values and consistently demonstrate a commitment to excellence
  • Effectively execute UNTUCKit University training and participate in daily team-building activities
  • Provide exceptional sales service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assess customers' needs and provide personalized product recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stock room, and overall store environment
  • Open and close the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Actively contribute to brand decisions through customer feedback and observations
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or equivalent role
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school degree or equivalent
