Full Time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Marley Neck Healthcare Center. As a Physical Therapist with CommuniCare Family of Companies, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our residents through therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and review patient medical charts, develop treatment plans, and implement treatment through direct therapy and education of the plan of care to team members.
- Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of the rehab team.
- Conduct staff and family training and education as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
