Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate childcare teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience #235. As a childcare teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom space that fosters a love of learning
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with their unique needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through regular communication
  • Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals
Requirements:
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
