Speech Language Pathologist in Port Orchard, WA

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant in Port Orchard, WA. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by helping individuals of all ages improve their communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and needs.
- Provide therapy services to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
- Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Previous experience working with diverse populations is advantageous.
