Job Description

A Physical Therapist Technician supports the therapy team by providing assistance during sessions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Start therapy sessions on time, ensuring a smooth clinic flow.
  • Scheduling appointments, chart preparation, and basic insurance knowledge.
  • Welcoming patients, explaining financial obligations, collecting payments, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Utilizing Electronic Medical Records and other software for efficient workflow management.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Taking initiative, following instructions, and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
  • Administering modalities as instructed by therapists.
