Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of safety and quality within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NH.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting.
  • CPR certification.
