Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team to implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of professional development plans for team members, promoting ongoing education and skill-building.
- Monitor patient environments and intervene as necessary to maintain a safe and therapeutic atmosphere.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
- Provide basic activities of daily living nursing care, including monitoring activity, sleep, and intake/output.
- Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring alignment with Inova Health System policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Mental health/behavioral health experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required upon start.
