Job Title: Varsity Boys Basketball Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Varsity Boys Basketball Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our varsity boys basketball team to success, while also promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities:

* Coach and mentor student-athletes to develop their skills and achieve their full potential
* Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan that aligns with the school's athletic department goals
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork
* Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administrators to ensure a positive and supportive team environment
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including game statistics and player evaluations

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
* Proven coaching experience at the high school level
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school administrators
* Strong knowledge of basketball rules and strategies
