Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, bathing, and dressing.
- Respond to resident pendants and alarms in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Assist residents with medication management and administration.
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move residents as needed.
