Job Summary

As a Program Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients, who are being treated for various mental health conditions and/or drug and alcohol dependence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Facilitation of Daily Activities: Assist clients with daily routines, including transportation to doctor appointments and nightly activities.
  • Observation and Documentation: Monitor clients' behavior and document observations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to treatment providers.
  • Medication Protocols: Assist with supervision of medication protocols, ensuring clients receive appropriate care.
  • Communication: Collaborate with therapists and treatment providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
  • UA Drug Screen Collection: Conduct UA drug screen collections when directed, following established procedures.
Requirements
  • Compensation: $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
  • Reliability: Must be able to pass a drug screening and have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Valid Drivers License: Required for transportation of clients.
  • Shift Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts are considered full-time, with part-time positions also available.
  • Staff Meetings: Mandatory staff meetings are conducted via Zoom on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings.
  • Location: Positions available at multiple locations, including Malibu, Thousand Oaks, and Woodland Hills.
