THE ROLE

As a Certified Athletic Trainer at UNC Health Blue Ridge, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to athletes. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology will enable you to assess injuries, develop treatment plans, and educate athletes on injury prevention and rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of athletes, from professionals to amateurs and recreational enthusiasts. If you are passionate about helping athletes achieve success, this role is ideal for you.

Requirements include current or eligible certification through the NATA Board of Certification and licensure by the NC Board of Athletic Trainer Examiners. Additionally, completion of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider training, which includes BLS and AED certification, is required.
