Job Description:

Job Summary:

Sharp Nursing Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in a hospital setting in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a current New Hampshire license and at least 5 years of overall experience or at least 3 years of recent experience with IR Tech. Previous travel experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform imaging procedures using fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and other medical imaging devices
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care

Requirements:

  • Current New Hampshire license
  • At least 5 years of overall experience or at least 3 years of recent experience with IR Tech
  • Previous travel experience is strongly preferred
