Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, build relationships with families and colleagues, and communicate regularly with parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our students
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate regularly with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children
