Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
  • Lead a team in developing comprehensive estimates for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Calculate labor and equipment costs accurately.
  • Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing for materials.
  • Assess project logistics and timelines effectively.
  • Evaluate bid documents and identify potential project risks.
  • Collaborate with the project team to review quotes and estimates.
  • Generate estimates at various stages of project development (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, etc.).
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings with clients, owners, and engineers.
  • Act as the primary liaison between owners and architects.
  • Foster leadership, motivation, and effective communication among owners, subcontractors, and the project team.

Qualifications:
