Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Actuary to join our Middle Market pricing team in Exton, PA or New York, NY. This Senior Actuary will be responsible for ensuring that US Middle Market product lines have market-leading technical pricing and portfolio management capabilities.

Responsibilities
Develop and leverage product pricing methodologies, including pricing algorithms and techniques. Provide decision-making guidance throughout the underwriting process. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure adequate pricing and profitable growth strategies. Support the development and calibration of pricing tools.

Requirements
Extensive experience in commercial lines pricing and/or small commercial pricing. ACAS or FCAS designation. Leadership skills, outstanding verbal communications skills, and proficiency in Excel and programming languages (R, VBA, SQL).
