Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality customer service delivery in alignment with company standards.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with clients to enhance brand recognition and company reputation.
  • Provide accurate and professional advice to clients regarding project needs and costs.
  • Meet or exceed company benchmarks for job costing, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain efficient documentation flow from job sites to administrative offices.
  • Coordinate technician and subcontractor resource planning.
  • Track equipment usage and manage material orders for projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, including property managers and insurance representatives.
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
  • Maintain organized project files.
  • Participate in production work as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the industry, including project management and crew supervision.
  • Technical proficiency and certifications in relevant service areas are advantageous.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with project management software and CRMs.
  • Strong mathematical and financial acumen for budget preparation and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
