We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Lakewood Health System in Browerville, MN.
This is a benefited position working 16 hours per week (0.40 FTE) in a 100% Outpatient setting.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and be eligible for licensing as a PT in Minnesota.
Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
