About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Imaging Production Specialist to join our team at Iron Mountain Inc. This role is responsible for performing document preparation and scanning tasks within our DMS Imaging Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and prepare hard copy records for scanning, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Scan hardcopy files to electronic images, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation and tracking.
  • Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Scanning production environment experience.
  • Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products and printers.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
