We are seeking a skilled Imaging Production Specialist to join our team at Iron Mountain Inc. This role is responsible for performing document preparation and scanning tasks within our DMS Imaging Centers.
Key Responsibilities- Sort and prepare hard copy records for scanning, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Scan hardcopy files to electronic images, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation and tracking.
- Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Scanning production environment experience.
- Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products and printers.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
