IT Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team at Central Amusement International Inc. in Coney Island, Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure network and system reliability during operations of our amusement parks and food and beverage locations.
  • Lead IT projects in coordination with internal resources to achieve project deadlines.
  • Manage and lead a team of IT professionals.
  • Provide IT technical assistance to all users at Luna Park in Coney Island and CAI Headquarters in Boonton, NJ.
  • Responsible for IT asset management, including hardware and software inventory.
  • Participate in training programs and maintain professional knowledge up to date.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of work experience with Windows systems infrastructure, Linux infrastructure, database, email/collaboration, networking, security, and enterprise-class applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of PC, Mac, and servers (Hardware and Software), as well as active directory, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Administrator level of Microsoft 365.
  • A+, CCNA, MCSA are preferred but not required.
