Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager at The Trade Desk, you will lead a portfolio of accounts, operating as a strategic business owner to grow clients' businesses. You will become an expert on our platform, providing insights to clients on creative marketing strategies, collaborating with Sales & Trading functions to develop existing accounts, and owning the training plan for onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a roster of accounts, inclusive of independent agency and brand direct partners, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform, offering insights to clients on how to implement creative marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales & Trading functions to develop existing accounts and achieve client goals.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with agency and brand clients as a consultant to their business.
  • Own the training plan for onboarding new clients, continuing programmatic education, platform improvements, and new channels and markets within the industry.
  • Develop strategic account plans, establishing bi-annual objectives and quarterly milestones for you and your counterparts to work towards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university.
  • At least 5 years of client-facing experience required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
  • Consistent track record of growing accounts by developing a strong relationship with clients, understanding their business objectives, and recommending the best strategies for implementing solutions.
