This position will champion thought leadership in areas such as treasury management, data analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Identify and anticipate both internal and external business requirements, collaborating with the team to address these through comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.

Work closely with the Finance team to oversee financial data, ensuring thorough review and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.

Comprehend complex ownership structures and their implications on financial reporting and analysis.

Engage with external parties to gather necessary data and resolve any discrepancies or issues.


Partner with the Finance team to uphold internal controls aimed at preventing, detecting, and addressing errors within financial operations; contribute to the annual audit process.


Generate timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for stakeholders that convey financial performance, insightful analyses, and high-level narratives.

Assist in the preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliations related to financial and investment activities.

Develop updated forecasts and various ad-hoc reports to enhance overall understanding of financial status, business needs, and future opportunities.


Manage and oversee cash flows by forecasting daily, weekly, and monthly receipts and disbursements across multiple accounts.

Initiate various cash requirements and disbursements across different custodians.

Support various tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.


Effectively collaborate and communicate with team members; actively listen, ask questions, work collaboratively, and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork.

Exhibit sound judgment and a suitable sense of urgency.

Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.


3-5 years of experience with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and reporting; familiarity with treasury services is advantageous.

Dependable and dedicated with a positive outlook.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

High proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting tool implementation is preferred.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively draft reports and information.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency, strong attention to detail, and a self-motivated approach.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate effective working relationships.

Inquisitive by nature with the ability to foresee needs.

Proven history of delivering outstanding customer service with a professional and tactful demeanor.

REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional regional and national travel may be required.
