Toddler Educator

Guiding Hands Christian Academy & Childcare seeks a dedicated and compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and loving environment that fosters the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of toddlers
• Document and display children's learning experiences through various mediums
• Maintain open and effective communication with families on a daily basis
• Ensure a safe, comforting, and stimulating environment that meets childcare licensing standards and quality star standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a nurturing and supportive team environment

• Strong verbal communication skills and an upbeat personality
• Energetic, nurturing, and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends
