We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Stretch Therapist/Wellness Coach to join our team at Massage Envy. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering customized stretch sessions that cater to the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized stretch plans for clients, taking into account their goals, preferences, and physical limitations.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of tension and create targeted stretch sessions to address these areas.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to client care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their wellness journey.
Requirements:
- Massage Therapy License or Personal Trainer Certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, AFAA, ACE, Physical Therapy Assistants)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
