Job Description: As an Agricultural Insurance Data Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team by quoting homes and autos, entering data, and contributing to our success. Your responsibilities will include obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer's license, utilizing auto and home quoting systems, scanning and sorting physical client files, submitting claims, communicating with clients, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all policies and tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, general knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a large team. An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, as is basic knowledge of agricultural/farming practices.
