Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate, with a college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in retail and/or Starbucks operations, with at least one year as an Assistant Manager.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
