Job Title: Reception Supervisor - Elite Venue Selection

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception desk and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest queries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Reception Supervisor or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
