Job Summary

The Spa Manager at Life Time is responsible for leading the Spa and Salon services and retail staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences. They drive revenue growth, oversee department operations, and ensure excellent customer service. This leadership role requires strong communication and coaching skills to develop and support team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regular coaching sessions to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Monitor and adjust the Spa profit and loss statement to meet budgetary guidelines
• Utilize customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with members and promote Life Time's industry-leading salon and spa services
• Work at the coordinator desk to provide in-the-moment coaching and business-building guidance to team members

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in Salon, Spa, Hospitality, or Retail Leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Spa Manager Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or operational roles and computer skills
