Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of our existing manufacturing systems to identify areas for improvement and develop a system roadmap that aligns with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency.
  • Provide expert recommendations for CAR-T manufacturing systems, leveraging your knowledge of MES, data warehouses, and MRP.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address system deficiencies and improvement areas, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Support the development of business cases and proposals to justify system upgrades and investments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in manufacturing systems, with a strong background in CAR-T cell therapy manufacturing.
  • Expertise in MES, data warehouses, and MRP, with a solid understanding of system integration and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant certifications in manufacturing systems or CAR-T therapy.
