Job Title: Mission Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Data Engineer to join our team at DCS Corporation. As a Mission Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing state-of-the-art Mission Data for the advanced 5th generation F-35 JSF.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work with our team to develop, test, and produce combat credible Mission Data for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. This includes developing and programming complex Mission Data files for the F-35 Electronic Warfare (EW) suite, conducting Intelligence research and analysis, and designing and developing complex EW models and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and program complex Mission Data files for the F-35 EW suite
  • Conduct Intelligence research and analysis to develop and program Mission Data files
  • Design and develop complex EW models and automation tools
  • Advise on RF components, characteristics, and antenna performance parameters to optimize Mission Data programming efforts
  • Communicate detailed feedback from V&V analysis to support Mission Data production and configuration management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or STEM discipline with eight (8) years of relevant experience
  • Electrical Engineering degree preferred
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance and maintain throughout employment
  • Occasional travel 2-3 weeks per year
Desired Skills:
  • Experience programming Mission Data for 4th/5th generation fighter aircraft
  • Experience with software applications to program and produce Mission Data
  • Experience with V&V test plans and directing Mission Data testing in a Lab setting
  • Proficient working knowledge of CED, EWIRDB, NGES, SPECTRE, and MATLAB
  • Proficient working knowledge of EW fundamentals and threat radar systems/parametrics
  • Familiarity with F-35 avionics and AESA generation radars
