Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Port Orchard, Washington. As an MRI Technologist with IDR Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an MRI Technologist in the state of Washington
  • 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
