- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop training solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain learning management systems, including course catalogs, user interfaces, and reporting dashboards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of learning management systems and other educational technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design, learning technology, and adult learning theory.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet business objectives.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience with learning management systems, such as Saba or Articulate 360.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
