The Diagnostic + Evaluation Center at Sonia Shankman Orthogenic School serves children and adolescents by providing psychoeducational, neuropsychological, and developmental evaluations and diagnosis. Our multi-disciplinary team has significant experience evaluating complex clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed clinical psychologist with specialization in assessment of children and adolescents for our rapidly growing evaluation center. This practitioner must have broad experience conducting comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations for ages 5 to 21.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations for ages 5 to 21
  • Provide skilled support to families, including discussing diagnostic conclusions, intervention recommendations, and resources
  • Attend school meetings and understand school services
Qualifications
  • Doctorate in clinical or school psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program
  • APA-accredited internship is ideal
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois
  • Post-graduate assessment experience working with children and adolescents
