In this role, you will assist patrons with their purchases, manage cash and credit transactions, restock merchandise, and uphold the cleanliness of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers and manage cash transactions.
  • Process payments and provide accurate change.
  • Restock shelves with merchandise.
  • Receive and organize incoming stock.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and selections.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintain hygiene standards throughout the store.
  • Comply with safety regulations.
  • Address customer complaints politely and professionally.
  • Receive and manage incoming stock.
