Role Summary

The Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the clinical, financial, and administrative functions of Cardiopulmonary and Neuro-diagnostic Services. This role ensures compliance with hospital policies, standards set by the College of American Pathologists, JCAHO, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to uphold industry standards and hospital protocols.
  • Ensure that all personnel involved in patient assessment, treatment, or care are adequately trained and competent to provide age-appropriate care.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Respiratory Therapy.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Respiratory Care.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Current Florida License as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Experience Requirement: Candidates must possess significant experience in cardiovascular rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $89,129.00 per year
