We are seeking a highly skilled RN Lead to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities of nursing personnel, providing direction to clinical staff, and implementing work of assigned units.

- Organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations of a patient care unit.
- Coach and counsel individual team members, monitor and provide feedback on performance, and address training needs.

- Provide direction and support to nursing staff, demonstrating and promoting respect for the dignity and rights of every patient, and assisting with communications with patients and families.

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- BLS required.
- RN License in state of employment or compact.
