As the Manager of Final Mile Operations at RXO, you will motivate your team to reach peak productivity, demonstrate professionalism, and aim for flawless execution.


Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Delegating tasks and overseeing team performance
  • Training team members on proper equipment usage, operational protocols, and maintenance procedures; guiding them in understanding cleanliness standards
  • Monitoring and ensuring the availability of tools, materials, and supplies
  • Supervising equipment usage and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and programs
  • Managing inventory levels, including monitoring stock and conducting merchandise audits
  • Assisting in problem resolution to maximize team productivity; taking necessary actions to address performance issues

To thrive in this role, you will need:

At a minimum, you should possess:

  • 2 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong mathematical skills and solid analytical capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities

This position requires the ability to:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
