Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled RN to provide comprehensive primary care for senior adults with Medicare Advantage plans in the Phoenix Area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of nursing/medical experience, triage experience, and Acute Care experience. Bilingual Spanish or other language within the community is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care for senior adults with Medicare Advantage plans.
• Build relationships and work effectively with various seniorities and diverse populations including staff, providers, members, and family members.

Requirements:

• Unencumbered RN Licensure for AZ.
• 5+ years of nursing/medical experience.
• Triage experience.
• Acute Care experience.
• Bilingual Spanish or other language within the community preferred.
